We've been traveling with motorhomes for over 40 years and have bought and sold quite a few, as well as had numerous dealings with dealers. But we've never received better, more competent, or friendlier advice and service. From the initial purchase to the comprehensive handover at the end...it couldn't have been better. We had a fantastic experience with Vanever from Halle. Mirko was the best!! A super dedicated, friendly, and helpful Vanever employee. He handed over the car to us in immaculate condition, and the return was also very straightforward. We traveled through six countries in 14 days with the van and had a relaxing trip through Europe with our trusty vehicle. Thank you so much for the unforgettable time.

We just returned from a trip with a Camper model Sylt. The service upon departure in Hamburg was very helpfull and thoughtfull. Relaxed atmosphere and all equipment on board was properly explained. The Camper was neat, comfortable and well equipped. A technical issue during the trip was quickly solved over the phone with help from the technical staff. Upon return again the same experience with the friendly staff. We will definitely make our next trip again with Vanever; a big thank you to the friendly staff in Hamburg!

For our first camping adventure, we couldn't have chosen a better partner than Vanever. Smooth handovers, a well-equipped, like-new car (a VW California Ocean), and valuable tips for beginners made our vacation a breeze. We'd do it all again!

I had an excellent experience with VANever (Salzburg location) and would rent a campervan from them again in a heartbeat (this time it was the VW Grand California). • Uncomplicated, friendly, and professional vehicle pick-up and drop-off (including a thorough introduction to the vehicle!) • Very high-quality and, for me, exceptionally generous equipment (dishes/knives/pots - all top quality and in excellent condition, hose for the water tank, even leveling ramps, a water tank, and a hammock were included) • The only "downside": it took a few days to get a response to a minor water issue in the bathroom. Luckily, it wasn't anything serious, so it wasn't a big deal. A faster response would be appreciated for more serious problems or questions. But all in all - a super friendly company with many quality features and a wealth of camping experience. :)

I had a great experience with VanEver when renting a camper van in Munich for my trip to Austria. From the very beginning, the service was excellent — the team was incredibly helpful, clear in their communication, and very open to feedback. The van was really well equipped, from comfort to all the small details that make a big difference on a road trip. They also provided cooking utensils, which made the whole experience even smoother. Compared to other companies I looked into, the prices were very reasonable and fair for what was included.

Having rented campervans from the big companies three times already, we now went with Vanever. We had a Grand California for about 2.5 weeks. A warning light came on at the very beginning of our trip and sent us to the station in Munich, but the Vanever team reacted incredibly quickly and fixed the problem. Everything went perfectly, and we were even able to use the campervan for an extra day free of charge! ✌️🤗 Great amenities including a hammock, free chairs, no plastic dishes, unlimited mileage, a clothesline, and more. We'd definitely rent from them again. Smaller and better.

We booked a campervan from this company at short notice. Pick-up, orientation, and drop-off were all incredibly quick, and we were thoroughly familiarized with everything. Our trip took us all the way to the Zugspitze, and we had an unforgettable experience with the campervan. The campervan was handed over in excellent condition and drives like a car. My first camping experience. We spent a week traveling and rented the Grand California from Vanever. We were completely satisfied, and I've become a camping enthusiast. We will definitely travel with Vanever again. The camper was new and fully equipped; they had thought of everything. Superb service, simply top-notch. I highly recommend them. It was a blast!
